IT Procurement Sr. Associate EY, multinational professional services firm is hiring an IT Procurement Sr.
Associate to manage the Procurement of technology products, including hardware, software, and professional services, at an agreed set of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
The role will work closely with the Technology Practice Management Sourcing Lead and team supporting global stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities: Manage regional sourcing projects.Follow sourcing strategies being implemented by procurement leaders.Ensure cost savings targets are met and quality of service is not compromised.Manage vendor interactions.Ensure timely execution of purchases.Maintain the highest levels of integrity and ethical procurement process.Responsible for driving engagement across Client Technology.Think creatively and provide innovative suggestions that will improve service delivery.Prioritize and manage the implementation of multiple concurrent purchases.Lead negotiations to achieve desired levels of cost savings.Ability to manage multiple low to high complexity transactions concurrently.We Require: At least 3-5 years of relevant progressive experience from a relevant organization.In-depth working experience of Technology procurement, especially in the Professional Services category.Bachelor's degree or above from an Administration, Engineering, commercial, business, or procurement-related discipline.Strong communication (verbal and written) in English.Interpersonal skills – able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues satisfactorily.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to explain decisions made to close procurement deals and share the outcomes.We Offer: Attractive compensation package.Annual performance bonuses.Additional benefits for EY employees.Private health insurance.Home Office twice a week after the third month.Career development/Ongoing training.Be part of a global and multicultural team.EY Recruitment Department (011) 4875-4888
