Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities:To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.Making daily outbound calls and follow-ups.Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products.Promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.Working with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.Requirements:An energetic passion for customer service and sales.A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company's sites, products, and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of the language required and English.An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.Seniority level:Entry level
