Danone, the leading global company in delivering sustainable, healthy nutrition products, is recruiting a Unified Communications Manager for the Americas. As part of the global IT Competency Center team, the candidate will manage the Unified Communications team in the Americas region supporting over 250 sites in North and South America out of over 800 globally. Steering the team, peers and providers, the role is responsible for delivery and operations of high performance, high availably networking solutions

The Unified Communications Manager sets direction for communications technology and manages the team responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of the wide area and local area networks, WLAN, physical and network security, converged Voice and Video infrastructures, and unified messaging. This includes maintaining the current unified communications design, incorporating new capabilities into the communications platforms, and managing operational and capital project budgets.

The proper candidate should have a strong technical, management, and project management background in the field of Unified Communications technologies. A minimum of seven years of experience is required. Certification or strong working knowledge of ITSM processes, English proficiency, and a college degree is a must. The candidate should be able to act independently with a high degree of integrity and action. Cisco CCIE, PMP certification and Spanish proficiency is a plus
