Janitorial Worker
Reports To: Restoration Supervisor, General Manager/Owner

Responsibilities and Duties: Janitors will perform a variety of cleaning duties and maintenance tasks for our customer. Individuals must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, etc.
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, undergo a background check, and reference checking.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
- Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Load or unload construction materials
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
- Provide quality carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers
- Responsible for cleanliness and care of vehicles and equipment
- Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning
- Mix various cleaning solutions cleaning carpets and removing stains
- Use truck mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment
Qualifications:
- Janitorial and maintenance experience preferred (we are also willing to train)
- Experienced with carpet cleaning tools and janitorial equipment
- Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record check
- Pass a criminal background check
- Able to move and/or lift 50 lbs
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Work well in a team-oriented environment
