Your responsibilities and tasks:Execute in the field:Planned Maintenance.Unplanned Maintenance.Supervise Installations GEA SFT Equipment.Conduct customer trainings.Support Service Sales with specific technical questions related to GEA SFT equipment.Identify customer needs.Offer and execute modernization, retrofits and/or upgrades available.Execute plant optimization.Complete documentation for each activity related to field service, including auto copy reports and final digital reports.Maintain tools, vehicle, safety elements, and clothes delivered for the company in good condition.Comply with necessary documentation, medical analysis, and procedures to execute assigned tasks.Provide remote support for customers and/or other service technicians needing help with GEA SFT equipment.Train newcomer field service technicians in basic and intermediate technical tasks.Interact with customers to deliver services in emergencies and/or planned service.Solve technical issues between GEA and customers.Ensure high customer satisfaction through service and equipment business.Address customer claims with appropriate feedback.Align with company policies.Identify new processes to optimize service execution.Your profile and qualifications:University degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering OR Technical degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical with 2+ years' experience in workshop or maintenance.Knowledge in separation and homogenization processes.Experience in field service execution.Mechanical skills.Intermediate English and local language proficiency.Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work with individuals across levels, functions, products, and countries.Intercultural experience and skills.Networking skills.Personal drive and a balance between being a hands-on manager and the ability to think and act strategically.Valid driver's license.Knowledge of ERP (SAP) and CRM systems.Ability to handle complex technical issues with resilience.Experience working in teams within service or maintenance.Experience in food and/or industrial processes.Capacity to solve complex technical scenarios.GEA is an equal opportunity employer.
