Java Developer

We are expanding our Tech Team and we are searching for a Java Developer to join the team. We need a Java Developer that can create excellent software for high-traffic applications, using the latest AWS and Microservices technologies.

The role and responsibilties of this position include:

- Working within a close-knit, collaborative team.

- Use your skills to improve the experience of users.

- Promote the latest technologies within the business.

- Use cutting edge technology including Java 8, Spring Frameworks and Microservices architecture.

- Develop new platforms and features for the search engine.

- Integrate best practices into your work.

- Collaborate efficiently with fellow Java Developers.

- Explore cloud technologies and work on Greenfield projects.

We are looking for candidates that have:

- Experience using Java 8 commercially.

- Experience with Spring Frameworks.

- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.

- Experience with TDD - Junit.

It's a bonus if you have:

- Knowledge or experience in AWS.

- Experience of working in a small, close-knit but agile team.

- Passion about using the best technologies to build the best solutions.
