Java Developer / Technical Lead

Java Developer / Technical Lead (Agile Scrum TDD Continuous Integration).

Our client are currently seeking a senior hands-on Java Developer / Team Lead to guide a cross functional Agile team of software developers and QAs across the full development lifecycle of n-tier Java applications.

You'll be responsible for the production of high quality, maintainable code; participating in code reviews and investigating live issues.

The company is a technical innovator; as a Java Developer / Technical Lead you'll be solving challenging technical problems within distributed environments using modern practices and driving continuous improvement of the team, including mentoring and line management responsibilities.

Requirements of the chosen candidate:
*Strong core Java server-side development skills.
*Team / technical leadership experience.
*Spring framework.
*Advocate of Agile development methodologies and tools: Scrum, TDD, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment, Sonar.
*Good knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB, NoSQL, Neoj4.
*Familiar with automation testing practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
