Description
The Jr Innovation Analyst Gum & Candy South Cone (G&C SC) will be accountable for contributing in the development of SC G&C brands strategic funnel in the mid and long term, while assuring on-time delivery of innovation initiatives and performance.
Responsibilities
The Jr Innovation Analyst G&C SC will contribute in the leadership of category innovation agenda. This will include the following responsibilities:
Support the development of G&C SC innovation strategies. This means identifying strategic opportunities and white spaces based on a broad understanding of new trends, the competitive set, channel opportunities, consumer insights, technology possibilities, and profitability models. Contribute in the development of monthly Project Approval Meeting & Problem Management Report, as well as Strategic Plan.
Help to drive each project to achieve breakthrough levels of success:
Contribute to the development of new projects, identifying White Spaces.
Participate in projects' follow up to grant innovation deployment.
Track results of implemented projects, ensure delivery of Net Revenue goals.
Interact & build plans in partnership with cross functional teams and category managers to assure projects success.
Academic Knowledge
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering/ Finance.
Working Knowledge
1-2 years Marketing experience.
Competencies
Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Mail).
Fluent in English.
Personal relationships and influence skills.
