Location: Ruta Panamericana(Km 47.5) La Lonja, Pilar. Objective:The role has two core responsibilities across LATAM:
Learning (70 of the role)
-In this role, you will create and deliver learning experiences by designing and implementing cutting edge training solutions according to our business learning challenges and needs.
-You'll help build capabilities with a focus on developing sustained behavior change that improves business performance and foster a learning culture.
Development (30 of the role)
-In this role, you will partner with our business leaders and HRBPs to support talent management solutions.
Responsibilities:
Learning:
-Deliver our corporate training workshops for Leaders.
-Manage the Online Training website and metrics.
-Lead our LATAM Language Program (English and Portuguese)
-Design and implement innovative training solutions (from the training need assessment, methodology proposal, to project coordination, implementation and impact measuring)
-Deliver in:person / virtual training offerings to entry level and junior leaders audiences.
Development:
-Coordinate the Educational Reimbursement Program.
-Support our Talent Assessment Planning process.
-Coordinate the performance review cycle.
-Support the Engagement Survey Process.
-Coordinate Team Building and Change Management efforts.
-Support coaching / mentoring programs.
Experience:
-At least 7:yearsexperience in learning and development areas.
-At least 2 years' experience in leading teams.
-At least 2 years 'experience as a trainer.
Education:
-A university degree in HR, Psychology or Educational Sciences.
-Postgraduate specialization is desirable.
Other considerations:
-Advanced level of english.
-Availability to travel (once a month).
-Portuguese is a plus.
-Knowledge and experience in the latest learning trends and delivery methods.
