Your Responsibilities:

- To support the achievement of Novartis business goals by implementing value-based solutions within designated Key Account customers.
- To be responsible for the achievement of KAM P&L; targets on assigned accounts. Responsible for ensuring effective negotiation and long term partnership,
which would maximize company profitability and market share.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction to establish Novartis as the preferred partner of choice with assigned Key Accounts.
- To support the creation of a customer-centric approach across the CPO.

Minimum requirements

University degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Commercializing. plus further postgraduate qualification or MBA (Desired)
English – advanced level
3–4 years’ experience in customer-facing roles (such as Sales, marketing, Access positions) in pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in development of value creation proposals & their implementations.
