Key Account Manager, your future position? - As part of the Naturex Sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for our most important accounts in the Latin America South-Cone region.
You will lead and influence other team members and participate in strategic account planning activities.
In this exciting role, you'll: Proactively generate a broad base of new business opportunities.Develop comprehensive account development plans for key accounts.Gain a deep understanding of customer potential through analysis of brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses, and competition.Ensure Givaudan is well positioned to participate in core lists.Build and maintain interdepartmental communication (Purchasing, R&D, Quality Control, Marketing, Supply, etc.)
with assigned customers to foster strong customer relationships.Manage large commercial projects in collaboration with Science, Technology, and Applications teams.Maintain Givaudan's visibility and exposure to clients through regular visits, product demonstrations, and technical interfaces.Manage project pipelines to achieve growth plans.Track customer shipments and manage profit margins through production and launches.Defend core business in key markets and with key customers.Lead negotiations of price agreements following company guidelines.Achieve sales and gross profit targets within the assigned territory.Qualifications: University degree in Food Science or related field (preferred).At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship, or related roles within the Food, Supplements, Ingredients, or similar industries.Extensive market knowledge.Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Our Benefits include: Hybrid working model.Health insurance coverage.Opportunities for career development with virtual learning sessions.Annual bonus.On-site lunch service.Partner discounts.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people's lives.
