Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epsons policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

:Perform architecture design of the software needed to meet the project requirements.
:Evaluate technical alternatives, take design decisions and suggest changes to achive better results
:Use programming techniques and languages to develop firmware and software solutions.
:Get a full knowledge of the business rules and the technology used to achive project goals.
:Take leadership role when working with peers and/or less experienced developers.
:Research new technology, looking the best way to adopt it inside the projects to meet the goals.
:Be a Gurú in several technologies, giving support and coaching in those areas.
:Assures that projects are aligned with the recommended practices
