Lead Business Systems Analyst

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in scaling our internal systems and processes to support rapid business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand business needs, architect solutions, and drive adoption that enhances productivity. This is an opportunity to shape the backbone that powers a high-growth company poised to lead a multi-billion dollar industry.Responsibilities:Act as product manager for corporate systems, managing the strategic IT plan and translating requirements into technical deliverables.Select and manage implementation of software to meet business needs. Manage the relationship between BizOpz, executive stakeholders and IT.Provide tracking and reporting on Corporate systems initiativesRequirements:6+ yoe working as a Business Systems AnalystExperience with business analysis and designing complex systems in mid-size to enterprise environments. Platform specific knowledge e.g. Notion, Jira a plus.Process improvement mindsetTechnology onboardingSystems analysis and architecture
