Requirements
What you will be doing:
Design, build, maintain and operate a software that’s going to be used by hundreds of thousands of people throughout North America
Lead designs of major software components, systems, and features.
Work closely with product managers, designers and the rest of the Kallpod team to conceptualize, build and test new features.
Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards.
You may be a fit if you have:
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications, preferably in a virtualized environment like Azure DevOps and with programming languages such us ReactJS, NodeJS.
- Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application.
- Ability to leverage and integrate with third party APIs
- Understanding of the Git workflow, including pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD systems.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor co-workers across all levels and domains.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
