Role Summary:
Lead Engineer - Project Management
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility inorder to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks andstandards.
Team management of salaried employees.
This does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees. Works on very complex technological issues or manufacturing processes. Solving issues and developing new solutions requires new and innovative approaches.
Has the authority to guide others in different approaches. Presents to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, Sr.VP) on technical discipline and business solutions.
Works with cross business teams. Is considered a subject matter expert.
Elaborates proposals for important technological choices, defines methodologies to solve issues and provide guidelines for projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5additional years of experience in Operation Management
