This is a hands-on position for someone with proven Glazing talents who is ready to take our business to the next level. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Ensuring quality installations Estimating Be a knowledge resource for our technicians Performing glazing installations Enhancing glazing processes to drive customer satisfaction and profitability If your ready to lead a group and impart your knowledge on others apply now. Plus: Company Vehicle Three weeks holiday Three personal and sick days Company Cell Phone Extended Health and Dental Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience Ability to use/operate power tools (drill, saws) Excellent communication skills Ability to problem solve Ability to work well under pressure Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently Attention to detail Good organizational skills & effective time management Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Valid BC Drivers License Able to use smart technology such as a smart phone or tablet.
