Job Description and Qualification:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides the vision, direction, instructions, and guidance to teammates in the completion of a project
- Creates and drafts invitations, letters and proposals tailor-fit to the prospected partner
- Invites associations, government offices, chambers, embassies, and other event-related partners that would be beneficial to the event
- Regularly does call and follow-ups to partners of event activities ensuring relationship is build and prolonged
- Regularly does updated on the event floor plan to be sent out to clients and reported to the Top Management
- Coordinates with partners for their necessary onsite requirements and event participation
- Coordinate the logistics of event partners participating in events
- Submits checklist to concerned departments with a detailed pre-event and event proper requirements
- Coordinates with the Marketing Team for the timely posting of the schedule of activities
- Coordinates with the Creatives Department for the update of activity materials
- Support the Sponsorship team in getting sponsors for events
- Keep an updated file of the contact database for the team’s reference
- Execute pocket activities that will make the event more interesting
- Leads a good example by being consistent with words and behavior
- Identify and hone team member’s strengths
- Helps keep the team focused and on track; facilitate problem solving, collaboration and escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
- Communicates team status, task accomplishment and direction against the program plan or agenda
- Performs administrative duties and writing duties
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Articulate and has good command in English
- Has good coordination and time management skills
- At least 1 year of experience in organizing and coordinating events and activities
- Graduate of any 4 year course
