Your Impact:As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in aligning innovative digital marketing strategies with technological solutions within key strategic accounts.
Your focus will be on partnering with clients and collaborating with internal teams and C-level contacts to drive consensus on multi-product solutions across Salesforce's product lines.
Your work will include business development, operations, IT strategies, and executive product demonstrations.
You will act as a trusted advisor, advancing innovative solutions and improving business performance, primarily focusing on:
Business Problem Solving: Define complex business problems, conduct research and assessments, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
Innovation Management: Present and evaluate solution options, facilitate stakeholder consensus, and help develop decision frameworks and governance processes that deliver ongoing value.
Connecting Experiences: Demonstrate how connected experiences are brought to life with Salesforce Marketing Cloud through software demos, customer journey strategies, and IT roadmaps.
Assist with discovery, analysis, and strategic solution recommendations by delivering live product demonstrations that address each customer's core marketing challenges and objectives.
Preferred Requirements:Technical knowledge in programming languages like Ampscript, integrations, API calls; minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a user, implementer, or Solution Engineer.Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive in engaging clients from VP to C-level.Proven success in driving organizational change within client organizations.Experience in organizational design consulting, process optimization, digital governance, and team dynamics is a strong plus.Ability to collaborate across disciplines to help customers transform their business using the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.Skills in analyzing, structuring, and negotiating long-term technology roadmaps with clients and partners.Understanding of project lifecycle management, technology trends, user research, and consumer behavior.Experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in complex business environments.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and online consumer behavior.Ability to identify new business opportunities.Salesforce.com and Salesforce.org are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
