**Better requires process discipline and simplification**
Well be looking to you to contribute to the strategy and growth of the company for money transfer, payments, foreign exchange business and digital. You will be responsible for all the cash flow of the WU LACA entities. Youll manage foreign currency settlement in accordance with standards set by the Central Banks of each country. You will be tasked with the development and implementation of mechanisms for cash collection as well as maintaining commercial relations with banks and armored truck. Youll lead the Negotiation Committee with the armored transportation services and banks. Also, youll interact with other areas within the company. Youll analyze and take decisions on the financial strategy, cost management and annual budget.
For such a detail:driven role, youll have a minimum of 7:10 years of progressive Banking experience or Finance and Treasury roles in multinational. Youll also need 2:4 years of people management experience. You will also have obtained your bachelors degree in Finance or Economics. Youll need advanced English and advanced Microsoft Office. Its desirable you have knowledge of agile methodology. Its necessary that you have a result:oriented profile and conflict resolution skills.
