Learning And Development Consultant

THE JOB: In this Learning and Development role, you will be using your prior learning experience to coordinate all the elements of the learning cycle.

You'll be empowered to implement your own innovative learning solutions and ideas, designing and delivering and delivering a combination of classroom, coaching and e-learning training programmes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the performance management programme, you will play an integral part in the onboarding process and delivery of new starter inductions, and support the implementation of apprenticeships.

ABOUT YOU:

You will need proven experience of delivering blended learning solutions.

You will need a deep knowledge of e-learning software (preferably Articulate).

You will need to have had experience of independently designing learning solutions from a learning brief.

You must have the ability to engage and drive results through people.

You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and spoken.

You must be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
