CMV Group has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented Legal and Governance Administrator to join our professional and friendly in-house legal team on a full-time basis, based in our new head office situated on the city-fringe in Wayville, South Australia.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is keen to support the legal and governance functions in one of South Australia's largest and most respected privately-owned businesses.
You'll play a key role in helping the legal team manage contracts and other legal documentation, supporting the CMV board and maintaining corporate records.

Amazing Employee Benefits Opportunity to work with a successful, multi-franchise dealer group.Highly supportive environment with professional development opportunities.CMV Care benefits to focus on your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.Access to discounted fitness programs.Discounted Corporate Income and Health Insurance through multiple partners to suit your individual lifestyle.Opportunities to support community partnerships through the CMV Staff Foundation.Enjoy annual company dinners and picnics.Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the legal team and CMV Board as required.Maintain internal compliance registers for the legal team.Responsible for document management system and overseeing contract execution.Provide administrative support for governance activities, including scheduling board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, and collating board papers.Plan and coordinate arrangements for CMV Board events, including catering, venue and travel bookings.Maintain corporate registers and company secretarial records in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).Manage legal team calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.Assist with invoice processing, legal budget tracking, and external counsel engagement documentation.Continue to review processes and recommend changes to ensure ongoing efficiencies across the business.Skills & Experience Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.Proactive and adaptable team player with a professional attitude.Who is CMV Group?
