About The Role
We seek a talented and dynamic Trainer to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring our call center agents and other specialists receive top-notch training and are empowered to excel.
You will be responsible for developing educational materials, conducting training sessions, and continually enhancing our teams productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional videos.Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training on various topics, including updated procedures and best practices, for new hires and experienced employees.Performance Monitoring: Observe daily operations to identify areas for improvement and provide on-the-job coaching.Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the impact of training sessions and prepare progress reports for individuals or teams.Support Employee Productivity: Work closely with team leaders and managers to ensure employees maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction.Candidate Requirements Experience: At least 6 months as a call center trainer.Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom, Blackboard) and content creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
Strong teaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.Technology: Competency in using Excel and Google tools, with the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.Nice to have A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.Experience working in a law office.Education: Additional certifications in business leadership, eLearning software, or adult education are preferred.Technical Requirements Computer: Intel Core i5 (7th Gen or above) or AMD Ryzen 5, with at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB SSD.Headsets: USB wireless or USB-wired headsets.Internet: Minimum of 50 MBPS; wired connection required to minimize latency.Two Screen MonitorDisclaimer
