Serve as first point of contact for all commercial legal matters in LATAM;

Provide legal support in all phases of customer deals ranging from supporting the proposal/bid review stages, the legal structuring of deals, RFP and tender procedures, driving contract negotiations, through to advising on post-signature matters;

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with customers in a wide range of industries, as well as with related subcontractors and partners;

Collaborate with various business and corporate functions in order to support deal reviews and drive contract negotiations, including internal escalation process.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Degree from an accredited law school;

Languages: Excellent written and oral communication skills (negotiation level) in English;

Experience with information technology, licensing and/or outsourcing agreements is preferable, but not a must;

Ability to analyze and assess contractual or legal risks, taking into account the practical and technical circumstances of the case and balancing risks with commercial needs.
