Legal Document Specialist

In your new position you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our workstream that focuses on the support of Law and Tax professionals.
By joining our team of dedicated individuals you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our fast-growing and very successful concept. While accompanying all projects from start to finish, you will be responsible that all requirements are met and the projects are delivered on time.

Functions and responsibilities

- Review of legal documents (Health Check)
- Ensuring the compliance of legal documents with formal standards from a predefined checklist
- Working with several English databases as a reference
- Direct communication with law professionals, providing them with recommendations and consultation

Experience

- Ideally ~2-3 years in a law context environment

Skills and attributes

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Goal-orientated, structured way of working, ensuring an excellent quality of your deliverables
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills combined with critical thinking
- Ability to plan, prioritizeand organize work efficiently and effectively
- Customer-orientated approach and focus on delivering exceptional client service
