Your work will have real-world impact, and you’ll be supported in achieving your career goals.Chile & Argentina / Life Science Solutions Group – Commercial Customer CareHow will you make an impact?Responsible for managing the team of Customer Service Representatives from Chile and Argentina. The candidate will work closely with the Commercial team and support areas such as Supply Chain and Finance to ensure the best customer experience.What will you do?Team AddressSupervise the team of customer service representatives.Provide feedback on performance and direct your team based on the strengths and development areas of each individual.Represent the customer service team in local meetings with the various areas of the companyEvaluate KPIs and closely monitor operational performance through Dashboard, leading action plans for continuous improvement.
Provide customer assistance:Ensure that staff handle customer orders quickly and accurately.Maintain open communication with the client to ensure understanding of all aspects of orders and customer problems.Ensure that customer complaints / returns are handled promptly and a satisfactory resolution is made.Ensure telephone coverage to customer demands.
Area management according to internal processes:Ensure compliance with all actions in the area with local regulations.Provide support to other departments as necessary to process customer orders, resolving process obstacles and operational problems.How will you get here?Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesManagement and leadership skills (coaching; effective hiring; good communication; etc.).Good business vision; ability to create and analyze customer service statistics.Organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities; self-motivationEffective negotiation and influence skills
