#### Position Description: The Global Web Production & Services department under Lenovo.com is looking
for a professional with team-oriented, dynamic and highly motivated person to
drive and enhance the web production, platforms management, project management
and web Ops for Lenovo.com Latin America websites.
As a people manager, this role will manage & lead a team with producer, tech
lead, web developer and web designer, taking the ownership of daily Lenovo.com
Latin America websites production & operations, multi projects/initiatives and
collaborating closely with Lenovo.com Latin America eComm stakeholders,
marketers, global eComm WW folks and eComm BT/IT team to achieve Global, Geo,
Region strategic & tactical goals. This role is responsible for Lenovo Latin
America eCommerce & indirect sites maintenance, eComm campaign & promotions
design, web products launch, function release, UX/UI initiatives, trouble
shooting, platforms management and web operations.
In line with the Lenovo Latin America eComm business grows, this role also
requires the capability in-house initiatives continuously; Develops a strong
diverse team to drive the excellent web productions, operations &
collaboration in-and-out with boarder teams. This role will be working in a
fast-paced, cross-function, global diverse environments, excellent
communication, collaboration skills will be expected. eCommerce in Latin
America experience, project management, executive presentation, operations
skills are essential.
Responsibilities
\- Manage & lead a team (size around 10) consisting of web productions,
function release, UX/UI implementation to achieve the Lenovo.com Latin America
eComm business targets, and daily websites Ops.
\- Own the deployment of Lenovo’s web strategy in Latin America & lead a team
consisting of site managers, developers to manage web maintenance & projects
for all Latin America Lenovo.com websites
\- Lead, organize and coordinate web production resources to ensure all web
production BAUs & projects well delivered
\- Help global eComm function teams & collaborate with local Latin America
eComm stakeholders to articulate roadmaps for lenovo.com and expand ecommerce
capabilities to new countries, new route to markets
\- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholder requirements on
web updates are well fulfilled & maintain good relationship as well
\- Ensure usability, functionality, accessibility for all Latin America
websites; Ensure compliance, quality of work and brand/design guides from
worldwide are met
\- Constantly improve work processes and practices to drive quality of
deliverables and effectiveness
\- People and team management for thru the whole employee lifecycle from
recruit, evaluate, motivate the team to deliver better outputs and identify
opportunities to grow the team in responsibility
#### Position Requirements:
Qualifications
\- Bachelor’s degree & above
\- eComm web production or Ops and web development projects background as a
plus
\- 5 years or above working experience; 2 - 3 years working experience as
people manager preferred
\- Strong candidates may come from a background in eComm industry &
Multinational companies as a plus
\- Proven strong leadership; ability to manage, multiple, complex projects
simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules
\- Strong communicator, good written, oral and presentation skills, with the
ability to communicate effectively in English
\- Demonstrates independent, proactive thinking
\- Demonstrates flexibility for ad-hoc assignments
\- Ability to work effectively with wide range of individuals across a diverse
and global community in multiple time zones
