Position Overview: The Front-Line Marketing Portfolio Manager Lead will:
Manage bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: including portfolio priorities, category/brand strategies, objectives, DME investments, success metrics, activity calendars, innovation projects, and IMX campaigns, in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.Actively develop regional markets: ensure proper implementation of projects.Contribute to OU- and market-level innovation: provide market input for development.Support/localize and amplify IMX campaigns: within franchise units in real-time.Support or execute local media buying: that cannot be handled at OU level, in coordination with marketing procurement and IMX.Manage local brand activation: including POS activations, promos, experiential marketing, and events, leveraging marketing assets in coordination with bottlers.Support customer and shopper marketing initiatives: maintaining strong relationships with key customers.Function-Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Provide franchise unit-level input on marketing plans, consumer/shopping insights, and broader OU strategies.Develop relationships with key bottlers, ensuring alignment and buy-in on marketing agendas.Support negotiations and alignment with stakeholders.Coordinate local activation details—calendars, resources, metrics—with bottlers.Identify needs for campaign localization or customization.Support media buying activities in partnership with marketing procurement and IMX.Communication Focus: The role involves communication with the OU Frontline Marketing Lead, regional lead, IMX & C&CL teams, bottlers, and external parties.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Related Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing and leadership roles; experience in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams preferred; strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
Functional Skills: Ability to identify campaign localization needs, support media buying, and think growth-oriented.
Good to have expertise in market dynamics, media buying, consumer insights, and financial acumen.
Primary Location: Argentina.
