Primary location will be Argentina; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.
Focus, Scope,& Impact:
Developsthe S hopper Strategy and P lan for specific OU Category based on its E2E J ourney and B ig I dea to ensure that bold brand equity is translated into transactions .
Leads the c ustomiz ation (global brands) and /or develop s (regional brands) content for specific category touchpoint s and /or channel based on key occasions and relevant triggers
DesignsShopper P romotions when it is a critical component of the big idea and scalable to ensure relevance and efficiency
Managesthe calendar of S hopper A ctivation for the specific Category to ensure timely execution
DevelopsShopper execution guidelines andSupportsMarketing Execution by handing over to Frontline Marketing robust activation tool kits and materials for seamless market activation

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Work Focus:
Ability togathershopperinsightsfrom multiple categories andconnect the dotsinto a strategic directiontowards channel execution
Abilityto translateE2E Journeys into concrete activationper shopper touchpoint/channels
Ability to brief agencies to develop content and communication materials for several categories and channels
Ability toorchestrate multiple stakeholders, delivering the most effective and efficient tool kits for market execution
Expertise in?working with different?external?partners(i.e.:?agencies, production houses …)
Ability to work in?Agilecross-functional?teams?
Related Work Experience:
8-10 y ears of leadership experience including Marketing /Shopper Marketing/Franchise Marketing , Project Management , Capability Building and A gency M anagement
E xperience working incross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Experience working with marketinginthe field is preferred
