The RoleDrive Line of Business (LoB) P&L in Argentina.Manage LoB pipeline and sales opportunities working closely with business and LoB heads, Lead Client Relationship Director, other geographic / regional heads, and industry leaders.Oversee geographic / regional marketing efforts.Drive geographic value proposition and product development.Manage and develop the geographic LoB team and be accountable for all talent reporting to that team.Leverage our client value propositions, industry expertise, and product specialization to win new business.Collaborate with other parts of the group and different geographies to offer the best solutions to clients.Support sales and client KPIs such as retention, cross-sell, win rate, pipeline coverage, and cost reduction.Align with the One WTW strategy of Grow, Transform & Simplify, and support the company's objectives for delivering value to customers.Contribute to achieving the Regional Marine budgeted growth in revenue and operating margin, including tracking revenue investments and savings activities.Enhance technical expertise and adopt best practices.Engage in innovation activities, scaling ideas and solutions effectively.Follow Enterprise Risk Management guidance, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and maintain up-to-date RACAs.Advance environmental, social, and governance initiatives internally and externally, considering stakeholder expectations.The RequirementsQualifications:Preferably hold a degree or MBA (or country equivalent).Minimum 10 years of experience in marine insurance/reinsurance in the Argentinian market.Skills:Strong leadership with a proven ability to develop teams.Excellent problem-solving, planning, and budgeting skills.High business and financial acumen with strategic and change management understanding.Proven success in acquiring new business against sales targets.Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix environment.Effective facilitation skills to manage ambiguity and build consensus.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.Equal Opportunity Employer (Ley 6471) Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative, Business Development, and ConsultingIndustriesInsurance, Insurance Carriers, and Insurance Agencies and Brokerages
