Marketing And Communication Responsible

- We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Responsible, for our Marketing and Communication department. We are aiming for a creative, proactive professional, who proposes challenging ideas and delivers quality work. This is a full-time position, to work at our offices located near Congreso.

Position Requirements:

+4 years of experience in Marketing and Communications department

-Advanced English level

-Experience working with different departments: Sales, Human Resources, Design

-Knowledge of Digital marketing strategies and offline marketing strategies for acquisition of quality leads and candidates

-Experience at a Software company

The goals of this position are:

-Set,
implement and control an annual marketing plan.

-Generate content to publish in different media.

-Propose and develop a communication plan for the company (internal and external).

-General analysis of the market and be aware of the industry tendencies

-Set the communication rules for the company's website, and keep it updated (English and Spanish).

- Develop a press strategy with a press agency.

-Collaborate with HR, the design team and other areas of the company in the internal communication for the company.

-Set a Digital Marketing strategy together with the Sales department and monitor the results

-Create content such as success stories.

-Plan and execute different actions to promote Virtualmind as an employer brand.
