The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will assist the Marketing team with data entry, copywriting, editing, financial invoicing, market research, website updates and design, marketing and media initiatives, advertising, graphic design, internet marketing, analytics, multimedia presentations, publicity and other duties assigned. The coordinator will wear several hats, including project manager, communications, program liason, and marketing specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop, execute, and monitor audience-specific marketing strategies, processes, and campaigns.

? Craft content and produce highly segmented email marketing campaigns to target audience groups effectively.

? Utilize email marketing analytics to learn about recipient interaction with emails and make strategic decisions as a result.

? Maintain and collaborate on the maintenance of external communication platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media accounts, web portals, listserves, e-commerce platforms, invitation lists, etc.

? Assist Marketing Team with data entry ? input new leads into Salesforce (customer relationship management tool), generate and prepare reports, and process vendor payments and reallocations.

? Coordinate swag for the programs, place order, create placement proofs, get department approvals and collaborate across departments for order consolidation where possible, work with purchasing to prepare and submit invoices, communicate with vendor from order to delivery, and receive delivery.

? Schedule, gather and plan out recruiting events calendar and communications calendar.

? Print and maintain printed materials inventory and gather marketing materials for events.

? Effectively track and measure campaign success and ROI through regular monitoring, and reporting of data through the entire enrollment funnel; from lead generation and nurturing through enrollment.

? Identify and generate new business leads for the portfolio of programs and respond to initial participant inquiries and investigate client opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education).

- One year of related experience and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills required.

- Experience in different styles of writing, publishing software packages and advertising concepts may be preferred.

- Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

PREFERENCES:
? Comfortable working with remote team members and participating in virtual meetings for some training and direction.

? Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, communications, management, organizational development, or related field from an accredited college or university.

? Project Management experience a plus.

? Academic Institution experience a plus.

? Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills and the ability to relate well to working professionals and executives.

? A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capacity to manage a heavy workload and balance competing priorities, flexibility, and strong project management skills.

? Evidence of ability to develop effective messaging campaigns, maintain business websites, and familiarity with planning and executing marketing events.

? Demonstrated knowledge of database and list management, data mining, and email marketing.

? Strategic and creative in the development of marketing collateral.

? Collaborative and transparent working style.

? Results-oriented and achievement-driven.

? Ability to juggle multiple projects critical.

? Cooperative in approach and open to new concepts and ideas.

? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite.

? Experience with a range of integrated marketing platforms and other software, including Salesforce.com, Pardot, and Wordpress.

? Ability to manage several projects simultaneously; while demonstrating a keen sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion.

? Professional business attire required.
