We are looking for a strong, pragmatic business thinker with seasoned field marketing experience to lead the Marketing and Communications Team within the Marketing and Operations organization in Argentina.

The Sr. Marcom Manager leads integrated marketing excellence in planning and execution across commercial Solution Areas, segments including SMB and Partner, and Marketing engines to drive business outcomes for the subsidiary. With integrated marketing excellence, events & digital marketing expertise, and data-driven insights, will deliver quality customer and partner experiences at scale to maximize marketing impact across our connected customer journeys in alignment with global strategies and local business priorities. Sr. Marcom Manager embraces and promotes Global Demand Center (GDC) and Global Engagement Program (GEP) alignment and drives subsidiary marketing governance with Sales, Solution Areas, Communications, and OCP. Sr. Marcom Manager builds clear linkage with subsidiary´s priorities such as Customer Adds, Consumption, Skilling and Country. In everything we do, Sr. Marcom Manager models our Microsoft leadership values, and nurtures a diverse and inclusive team.

As the leader of the Marketing and Communications team, you are responsible for leading and successfully landing Field Marketing in the subsidiary. With strong executive support, you lead and orchestrate a multi-dimensional, cross-functional marketing team of integrated marketers. This holistic team is responsible for implementing integrated marketing programs including those that drive demand generation through Global Demand Centers (GDCs) and Global Engagement Programs (GEPs). Besides working with your subsidiary´s leadership team, your professional partnership and network extends to Microsoft Latam specifically the CMO organization group of leaders and stakeholders.

You will lead to smartly maximize local marketing investments by fully exploiting global and regional content, marketing services, and augmenting local work aligned to global strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strong business thinker with deep marketing understanding, a courageous leader skilled to lead field marketers and engender trust among sales leaders, and a rapid adopter, taking and sharing leading practices from peers. The Sr. Marcom Manager champions effective local marketing integration and marketing operations to drive positive business outcomes. You must enjoy ongoing challenges in this multi-faceted, leadership role that combines strong agility, business thinking, marketing thought leadership, marketing operations excellence and masterfully leveraging global programs in your Area for the greater cause—all coming together to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
