About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated digital native that wants to join us on the exciting journey to accelerate our Home Care category into the digital age. This is an exciting new role to own the digital strategy for our Home Care business in Southern Cone.
You will assume direct leadership and ownership of digital strategy, planning and always-on activity for really great brands like Ala, Skip, Vivere, Comfort, Cif and Vim.
You will report to a Marketing Director and partner with Brand Managers and cross functional teams to connect the dots across all things digital with a primary focus on always-on content/programs across all consumer, brand and eCommerce channels, ensuring our brands are best in class in the digital space.
Your role is to ensure that digital plans are aligned seamlessly to the overall business and marketing objectives. You will coordinate brand & category data capture to drive actionable insights. You will be a brand/category subject matter expert, knowing the right questions to ask at the right time, driving thought leadership & advocacy to brand teams so that they can reach consumers in compelling, creative ways while maximizing return on digital investments.

Your responsibilities:
Partner and support the local marketing brand teams based on key project needs connecting the digital eco-system to deliver growth and an excellent consumer experience spanning across Media, Data, Content, Digital Capabilities, eCommerce and agency partners.
Digital strategy responsibility for the category Home Care in Southern Cone.
Responsible for the overall holistic digital consumer journey.
Overview of all the digital KPIs ( Conversion rates etc.).
Lead and coordinate Data Analytics, Consumer Experience and Real-Time content.
Support brand teams in the development of Digital Brand Content.
Digital media strategy development together with the media department.
Recommendation development in respect of product and brand launches.
Collaboration with the PRM team as part of customer segmentation and activation.
Support of the eCommerce team.
Execution of special projects and collaboration with international colleagues.
Support on building digital capability of the organization
Our Requirements
3+ years of digital marketing experience.
Fluent Spanish and English skills.
SEO, SEM, Affiliate, CRM, Display, and emerging digital channels
Experience with Social Media advertising on Facebook, IG, Twitter, and other applicable media Experience in leveraging paid traffic and search channels for increased digital engagement networks.
Strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics measurement and campaign performance.
Strong experience with web analytics and marketing tools.
Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs, and time sensitive deadlines.
Thinker: You should be a lateral thinker adept at uncovering the themes and critical pieces
