PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Procurement Organization (GPO) combines all SAP procurement units. We significantly improve SAPs performance by leveraging our overall purchasing power and realizing sustainable savings by executing globally streamlined category strategies.
The GPO Category Procurement Marketing is a global, virtual team responsible for the procurement of marketing related services (Advertising, Media, Branding, Direct and Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research, Sponsorships and Events).
Marketing Procurement strives to implement best:in:class procurement processes, deliver first:class services to internal customers to source and select suppliers, mitigate risk for SAP, create transparency, and last but not least improve and manage supplier relations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a student (f/m) you are fully integrated in the day:to:day business and you will contribute actively to current projects and support the Marketing Procurement Team in its daily business with the following tasks/responsibilities:

Support the NA Team on day:to:day topics

Communicate with vendors and internal customers in NA Region
:
Support on processing shopping carts and vendor requests
:
Support on reporting and vendor monitoring
:
Organize and prepare internal meetings and conference calls
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
:
Student (f/m) currently enrolled at a university of applied sciences in the field of Business Administration/Marketing or a related subject

Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to think analytically
