Job Overview The Sales and Marketing Support Creative Manager works under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Sales Support to provide creative expertise, designs, digital and print collateral of all types per their need and requests, and successfully oversees and/or executes the usage of all designs and proper brand application.
The Creative Manager will successfully create all branding and design projects under the direction of the Director of Marketing & Sales Support.
We are looking to take our company to the next level and are looking for a self-driven, highly creative person who also has the management experience to successfully run our creative department.
Responsibilities and Duties Be a Brand Champion designing new brands and ensuring proper brand usage at all times Design and oversee production of collateral, promo items and any items created by a 3rd party Execute and oversee inventory and shipment of collateral and/or promo items Provide creative assistance to proposal creation team as needed Manage creation of proprietary photography for use in presentations and collateral Organize company data for mapping, presentation and analysis Update website content as need Plan and Implement special social media campaigns for company and industry events Create and edit video content for training and marketing purposes Create and maintain content on SharePoint for accessibility of all internal stakeholders Qualifications BS/BA in marketing related field or equivalent experience 8 years of graphic experience 2 years of Marketing experience (non-graphic creation) 2 years of management experience Must be a proven creative with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Strong Excel marketing-related with ability to be analytical when needed Experience in defining, building and strengthening brand presence across multiple platforms Experience in developing and maintaining market strategies for web and non-web-based initiatives Ability to work independently (perhaps remotely) without close oversight from management Ability to handle tight turnaround times and manage multiple projects at once Advanced mapping skills, using Tableau, BatchGeo, Google Maps and other online mapping apps Photography and art direction for large-scale photoshoots Advanced video editing a plus Proficient in WordPress and related plug-ins a plus Social Media expert a plusThe Advocate .
