Description
¦Support monthly closing tasks
-Coordinate and close Financial Closing Flow tasks in cooperation with Shared Service Center (SSC) colleagues (SSC located in Cebu) 
-Preparation of monthly journal for Asset Back Securities receivables.
-Preparation of monthly Salary journal entry
-Fixed asset management
-Download and check of various reports needed for monthly closing.

¦Communication with SSC
-Ensure appropriate communication with SSC colleagues based on their entries and regarding necessary corrective actions.
-Create the tickets for SSC in the respective ticket system (E-contact center)

¦Portfolio reconciliation and preparation of corrective entries 
-Monthly: Compare report generated out of the Contract management system with SAP balance by contract level and create necessary corrective entry.
-Monthly: Shinpan portfolio reconciliation (Auto Loan operations is outsourced to Shinpan companies): check if the SAP balance is matched with the statement from Shinpan companies.
Qualifications
?Skills Required?
-Accounting experience: Medium (preferably with monthly closing experience)
-English: Advanced (fair writing and communication skills); Japanese fluency
-Knowledge of IFRS medium level
-Experience in working with Shared Service Center preferrable, but not mandatory
-Desirable and not mandatory: JGAAP and Tax preferable
-willingness to work in an international (Japanese and Non-Japanese individuals) Team and to work closely with colleagues in SSC.
