In this opportunitythe company is looking for a Monitoring Transformation Analyst to perform inthe Global Services Group business unit of American Express.
The Monitoring Transformation team leverages Data Analytics and AmericanExpress´s process knowledge to develop the strategy necessary to driveconsistent adherence to policy and processes that will result in improvedcustomer satisfaction, cost efficiencies and sound execution. Specifically,this role will be responsible of applying Data Analytics to contribute to thecreation of new automated controls.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong and demonstrated Analyticalcapability a must.
- Advance knowledge of Excel and experiencein analyzing and handling significant amounts of data is mandatory.
- Knowledge of programming algorithms, andData analytics tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal andwritten communication skills.
- High initiative and energy level.
- Ability to handle multiple tasksconcurrently, and to work independently and prioritize own work.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, andform strong working teams across geographic borders. Strong knowledge acrossmultiple GSG processes and systems for the back office a strong plus.
