Mortgage Advisor

Our client are market leader mortgage brokers and estate agents, and are currently searching for a fully CeMap (or equivalent) qualified mortgage advisor with a proven track record in mortgage and protection sales.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor include:

- Building rapport with the customers to allow you to ask open, probing questions that allow you to determine the customers' requirements and their financial situation.

- Use friendly and confident communication skills to recommend the best option for the customer after completing a thorough fact find.

- Chase up customers who have been referred in order to give them a decision on their application.

- Liaise with lenders as well as customers to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.

- Provide a high class service from start to finish, always ensuring every part of the process is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience/skills required include:

- CEMAP 1 minimum (or equivalent) qualified and some experience of writing mortgages and associated products.

- Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition.

- Professional, organised and have a great work ethic.

- Flexible and adaptable.

- Hardworking with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.

- Great at building relationships with customers.
