We are looking for a highly dynamic, enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inbound Sales Team as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, articulate, possess excellent written skills and sound phone/chat skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach and lead others to attaining high performance goals is a must. The Inbound Team Lead will also configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and chat. Team Leads will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.

This position will be responsible to drive the revenue and profit margin growth performance of the Inbound Sales Chat or Tele teams. Must have the flexibility to work required shifts, Monday through Friday 12:00PM to 9:00PM.

This position will report to the Director of Inbound Sales.

Position Requirements:
Lead, motivate, coach and educate team members
Help with solving complex issues
Deliver excellent customer service internally and externally
Provide support to Inbound Managers
Ability to analyze metrics
Effective communication skills by email, chat and phone
Ability to work any Inbound shifts plus working during the holiday season (including weekends)
Self-confident and assertive candidates with strong organizational and planning skills.
Experience with Computer based programs, and Lenovo's systems and tools
Ability to coach and mentor others
Responsible, acting with sense of detail and urgency
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Position Requirements
Position Requirements: 2+ years inbound call center experience preferred
Customer Service experience a plus
Aptitude to sell Lenovo’s award winning products
Solid business and technical acumen
Ability to excel in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written skills
