Customer Surgery Scheduling Coordinator

You will be responsible for:
a.

Leading teams of Analysts and Senior Analysts to perform transactional services for Argentina customers and other CS Stakeholders.
b. Be knowledgeable of surgery scheduling processes performed by direct reports, and have a deep understanding of the overall Customer Logistics and Service (CLS) and Customer Service (CS) organizations.
c. Enable positive relationships and teamwork across functions as needed to provide service to customers.
d. You will show a clear dream and welldeveloped ability to navigate key relationships/overlaps that exist between Customer Service and other key business units, including Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Shared Services.
e. You will monitor team efficiency and effectiveness based on predetermined organization performance metrics.
This position reports to: DepuySynthes Operations Argentina Manager
Qualifications
1. Education level required:Bachelor degree.
2. Required skills: Connect with the commercial area; be dedicated to lead and deliver solutions on time.
3. Required Experience:at least 2 years of experience in similar roles; experience leading work teams.
4. Language: English
5. Location of the role: Florida, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
