Nurses for the United States.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience (after graduation)
IELTS (Academic – overall 6.5 but at least 7 from speaking)
Passing NCLEX exam (more information below)
Willingness to relocate to the US
They are keen on taking all types of nurses (except dialysis – unless they would be keen to work in a different ward)
Process:
1st stage interview – Clinical questions
2nd stage interview – online exam (at www.nursecompetency.com) – candidate should reach 75% at their first attempt – if they reach below 70% they will be rejected – if they reach 70%-74% they can have another attempt – but at their second attempt they need to get at least 80%.
3rd stage interview – Characteristic, get to know the candidate
Contract of employment is issued

When the above is successfully completed candidate should sit NCLEX exam (the only location in Europe is London) the exam costs 800$ but is fully reimbursed when passed.
This is also the stage when the candidate should sit their IELTS (scores are listed above) and with Contract of employment, NCLEX results and IELTS they can go to the embassy to obtain correct visa.
Once Visa is issued – the candidate is asked to hand in their resignation, when they do flights are organized.
Candidate is picked up at the airport and taken to the accommodation (in the meantime recognition of their qualifications is arranged – it usually requires Social Security Number – so has to be completed while in the US and can take up to 3-4 weeks – depending on the State) During this time candidate is able to settle down and get to know the place where they live and work. Usually Hospitals are based in the smaller towns (where living is cheaper).

The entire process – from 1st stage to obtaining a visa – can take up to 6 months –
Usually they are hospitals with 200-300 beds
Work is at private Hospitals (across the States)
