Drives the execution of the customer projects quality plans related to physical deployment in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality,
ensuring deployment execution excellence and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the teams responsible for the execution of the project quality plans related to physical deployment ensuring they are skilled.
Allocates the relevant resources (internal or external) to execute the project Quality and Health & Safety, Security Environment (HSSE) plan submitted by the Quality Project Management team interfacing with the Roll out Manager and the supplier
Provides the tools to execute the on-site inspections and reporting infrastructure
Reports and supports investigation into HSSE incidents or quality issues and escalates to project and quality teams as required
Has authority to stop the work on-site when non compliances are found
Executes RCA's on symptomatic, recurrent on-site defects
Reports monthly on Quality and HSSE KPIs
Performs periodical supplier improvement meetings (PDCA) with procurement
