Researcher/ Sourcer for recruitment activity for specific client groups across BT in the United States and LATAM. The role holder will advise and work with Recruiters and Recruitment Manager on sourcing strategies and actively source the best talent for BT. You must thrive in the hunt and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing and iterative environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
» Work closely with Recruiters to clarify job specifications and requirements
» Continuously develop creative channels to identify and locate talented passive candidates
» Drive the recruiting process forward by presenting potential candidates to Recruiters for open vacancies
» Review resumes, market and sell BT as an employer of choice to top tier candidates.
» Identify and deliver process improvements and share knowledge and best practice across the Americas recruitment team
» Work closely with Recruitment Manager in regards to auditing and providing reporting on captured audit data.
» Work with Recruitment manager on delivering recruitment results in the diversity and inclusion space.
This position requires the following skills and experience:
» Demonstrated successful experience sourcing senior level candidates for sales, technical and operations roles for a large global technology company.
» Demonstrable history of using creative sourcing approaches, including implementing strategies that are uniquely your own.
» Experience in building relationships with passive candidates and talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs.
» The ability to build strategic long-term networks to be leveraged in the future is highly desirable.
» Ability to recruit for multiple positions cross functionally and across the Latin America region at the same time
» Drive talent sourcing strategies in partnership with the recruiters you support.
» Reporting to include pipeline statuses and calling out trends and appropriate hiring strategies in response
» A good knowledge of working with an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System)
» Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
» 2+ years of sourcing experience
» Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
» Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both.
Preferred:
Demonstrated success and longevity in corporate recruiting/sourcing
