Summary of Role / Job Description:The primary purpose of the position is to provide Automation and analytics solutions to Functional areas in SCJ, eliminating non:value added manual work and generating a data driven mindset.
The role will work closely with OPEX Leads, Functional teams, and BPT identifying current and future needs and leverage existing databases to implement innovative solutions to bring Effectiveness and Efficiency to Functional Areas.
Primary Accountabilities:Automation Responsibilities:
Deliver and improve Automation trainings to Functional areas members.
Coordinate automation team and ensure Initiatives prioritization and staffing.
Coach / develop automation initiatives.
Research and adopt market and internal best practices.
Ensure compliance with BPT controls and information security policies.
Analytics Responsibilities:
Collaborate in Analytics strategy and governance design.
Gain deep understanding of SCJ current data:warehouse functionality.
Understand Functional analytics priorities. Detect and close the gaps on available information.
Design and create data reports using TABLEAU.
Leverage Analytics tools for problem solving.
Qualifications:Technical abilities/experience:
: Excel advanced
: VBA (required for automation)
: SQL (desirable)
: Data analytics:Business intelligence / Tableau (desirable)
: SAP (desirable)
Structured thinking : Able to organize and categorize problems/ideas to provide clarity over the full picture.
Lean skills : Continuous improvement mindset

Analytical skills : Ability to analyse all types of data and present results effectivelly

Project Management : Planning, implementing, monitoring and completing medium scale projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk and communications.
Education and experience : Graduated/finalizing university degree in Systems Analyst, Engineering, or related careers. demonstrated performance on the above stated skills. English Advanced level required.
