We’re looking for a passionate Operations Analyst who will be in charge (in between other responsibilities) of leading the relationships with international vendors, proactively searching for improvement opportunities in our supply chain and payment processes, being accountable for developing and executing new and existing solutions in order to support the company’s fast growth.
Responsibilities
Be the point of contact with our international vendors, regarding the order processing and payment processes.
Design, build and execute new models in order to optimize vendors’ payment processes for our sales on the different existing channels, seeking for simple and accurate solutions.
Understand in depth our operation, from sourcing until order processing and payment, in order to find, propose and implement improvements across our Supply Chain.
Review our actual costs of goods sold estimations, being able to measure them consistently in order to determine and implement improvements that will help us improve our profitability as well as reporting to the rest of the company.
Develop new processes and procedures that enable the company to standardize and improve the operation, being able to create and also to execute consistently, delivering results.

2/3 Years of experience on analyst positions
Advanced MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases) / Google docs skills
