Role Summary:

The DCF Operations Manager for Southern Cone will lead the
day-to-day business for Completion Fluids & Drilling Fluids and will report
directly to the DCF Latin America Product Line Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

HS&E leadership and engagement of the employee population to own and drive HS&E
performance.
Strategic oversight and direction of Completion Fluids (CF) and Drilling Fluids (DF).
Drives efficiencies and creates operational service synergies across CF and DF.
Financial responsibility over all CF and DF operational expenses.
Drives New Technology adoption to differentiate BHGE from competitors.
Inventory management

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
10+ years’ experience in a Drilling and Completion Fluids business unit.
Must be action-oriented and customer-focused with a drive for results.
Advanced written and verbal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and engage talent.
Proven ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders, and deliver successful
projects.

Desired Characteristics:

Broad experience in Drilling and Completions fluids, including understanding of
Onshore and Offshore business drivers.
Advanced problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to work independently.
