Mondelez International is looking for vacancy:Order Fullfilment Specialist.
Position Purpose
Control the entry orders process (clientes orders). Be the main contact of Collaboration Team and Sales team in terms of manage and mantein orders of all customers. Ensure the correct allocation of stock is part of the job. Work closely with Accenture team and Logistic team.
Main Responsibilities
Control of the entry process of all orders in SAP.
Monitor the daily job of the order management tasks performed by the MBS (Accenture team).
Support the Collaboration area on customer contact to monitor the operation.
Provide visibility to manage orders with reporting.
Month closing Process.
Mantenance orders to have a clean allocation of stock.
Analysis ad hoc about status orders.
To work in permanent collaboration with the teams of Credit Management, Planning of Transport, Planning of Demand and Warehousing, aiming as objective enhance the delivery of the order of the client.
Analyze the main variables regarding the entry of orders, quantity, type, class, entry mode, deviations.
Academic Knowledge
Graduate of a Business Administration or Industrial Engeenering (not excluding).
Working Knowledge
Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP / Microsoft Office).
SAP Knowledge.
MS Office.
Abilities
Customer service orientation and performance motivation.
English Skills.
Communication Skills.
