Overview: Coordinate with the Payroll Regional Provider ADP the monthly payroll processes for Southern Latin America countries to include Argentina, Chile and Peru in order to guarantee that payroll occurrences are applied in a timely manner, ensuring punctual salary payments aligned to the established policies and procedures, as well as to assist with the processes related to social security, income tax and Ministry of Labor. In addition, maintain accurate account reconciliations of the payroll concepts against the balances of the accounting records.
Payroll Administration:
: Coordinate with the different areas the delivery of information that impacts the monthly payroll process, in a timely manner
: Download from our Human Resources management system (Workday) occurrences that impact the monthly payroll process of each country.
: Validate that the information that is registered in the HR management system, which impacts the payroll process, is complete and accurate.
: Send monthly payroll updates to ADP in the required formats.
: Maintain permanent communication with the Payroll Provider to guarantee accurate and timely processes
: Responsible to ensure that the payroll processes are settled in accordance with the legal regulations of each country.
: Guarantee accurate payroll processes totally aligned to labor legislation, revenue service and social security of each country.
: Provide attention to audit requirements.
: Present sworn statements before government institutions: Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Revenue Service.
: Respond questions from employees and help them with certain requirements: certifications, vacations, payslips, through the service request tool.
: Follow:up on payments for expatriates/impatriates; deliver information requested by Finance and E and Y
: In coordination with the vendor, carry out the accounting closing and payments of employees taxes.
: Ensure the updating of labor reforms in the payroll system, in a timely manner.
: Coordinate with the provider accurate calculations of settlements and terminations
: Responsible to elaborate the annual income tax returns
: Management of administrative issues related to the Payroll Area.
Focus on Internal and External Relations:

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related area
At least two years of experience in similar positions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Spanish Language: fluently
English Language: intermediatePrevious experience working with ADP desirable

Coordinar los procesos de Nómina para Argentina, Chile y Perú con el proveedor regional ADP y asegurar que las incidencias de nómina se apliquen en tiempo y forma garantizando el pago oportuno de salarios de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos establecidos así como atender los procesos relacionados con Seguridad Social, Impuesto a la Renta y Ministerio de Trabajo. Mantener correcta y oportunamente conciliados los importes de la nómina contra los saldos del registro contable.
