Position

Logistics suppliers sourcing and procurement for Region finished goods logistics operations (EMEA) including but not limited to international transportation (air /Ocean ) , VMI, warehousing, Customs Clearance , domestic transportation (trucking/Rail/Air) etc for every element of the supply chain

Lead and implement sourcing strategy, sourcing executions and manage RFQs, RFIs and other bench-marking,

Logistics Contract management for region including not limited to administration, update, amendments, achieve etc"making sure no legal exposure in any circumstances

Commercial negotiation with global and local 3PLs,

Supporting logistics Solution and network design,

Managing supplier relationship and escalations

Suppliers' Monthly and quarterly reviews, performance management including not limited to metrics KPIs, process improvements, corrective actions and operational highlights & lowlights,

Position Requirements

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Logistics Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management or equivalent role and responsibilities. Additional 3PL experiences will be beneficial.

Comprehensive understanding of logistics operations and 3PL industry

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint is required.

Knowledge of MS Access or database design and management is a plus.

Candidate must have a strong analytical background, ability to work independently on assigned projects, have a sense of urgency and drive projects and assignments to completion.

Energetic, high level of motivation and excellent team player.

Ability to participate in virtual teams of regional or worldwide scope, as required.

Have a strong drive for continuous improvement, we expect the successful candidate to challenge the existing processes and their experience in a new role.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education required

Green Belt Lean Six Sigma or other Project or procurement certification will be a plus.

Ability to travel internationally up to 20% or as required.

Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable part
