As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of large or complex language services projects, with the goal of delivering quality products to our clients.
These positions are fully remote at this time and require a reliable internet connection. Please submit your applications in English. This is a part-time position, with a typical workweek of approximately 20-30 hours, subject to change based on company needs. Responsibilities: Manage customer requirements, including engagement and service setup, process improvement, and optimization. Lead end-to-end localization projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality translations on time and within budget while monitoring profit margins. Ensure linguistic materials such as TMs, glossaries, and style guides are updated and delivered according to SLAs. Implement and improve quality assurance processes to enhance localization efficiency. Handle customer feedback, CAPA entries, and investigations. Collaborate with RMs, linguists, and technical leads on resourcing and query management. Manage client relationships, including mid-to-upper level contacts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in quality audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement necessary changes. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or University Degree (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of project coordination experience in the language services industry is required for Project Managers. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience with CAT Tools is required. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Resilience in stressful situations. Fluency in English is mandatory.
